Refund policy

At Bru Brothers Biltong, we want you to enjoy our products with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at brubrothersbiltong@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and unused.


Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your return request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange, please email us at brubrothersbiltong@gmail.com with your order details.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed products.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
